When you register be sure to let us know if you are coming alone are with a group (groups of 5 of more have reserved seating) Private hotel style sleeping rooms will sleep 4 people per room with each room having a private restroom) We have a limited number of rooms for 2 or 3 per room, if you want to reserve one of these room there will be an additional fee of $25.00 per night per person. Plenty of plug ins, and free internet access. Each cropper will get their very own 6 foot or 8 foot cropping table. Relax, take a walk around the camp grounds if you want like a massage - please let us know when you register, if we have enough interest we will have two massage therapist on Saturday afternoon and night.

Retreat/Crop Policy: All Retreats & Special Crops/Events are to be paid at time of registration. No Refunds but you are welcome to let someone else purchase your ticket we just ask you to inform us of your replacement so when that person checks in we have them on the Registration List. We do not get a refund from the vendors or instuctors we contract with therefore we cannot give refunds either. In the event meals are provided we order the food, in advance, for the number of people whom have registered so there are no refunds. If you cannot attend for any reason please give us a 24 hour notice as we may have someone on the waiting list to take your space and therefore that person will reimburse you for your registration (most customers need 24 hour notice in order to make arrangement to attend an event). In the event you cannot attend and you let us know we will save you any class kits, your t-shirt, supplies etc...whatever we can based upon what type of event you could not attend.. If you do not let us know you are not attending we cannot be responsible for any of the above. SNS reserves the rights to ask any participant not to solicit business from any attendee of a class, crop or retreat in which is held by or sponsored by SNS. If the event it is brought to the attention of any SNS employee we have the right to ask you to leave the event, without refund. We want our customers to enjoy their experience without the pressure of outside sales. Thank you for your understanding.
