- Key tag program: Purchase our "key tag" for $1.00 +tax and then each time your make a regular price purchase (before tax) we will punch your key tag in $5 increments and once the key tag is fully punched out you can redeem it on your next visit for $10.00 off any product or class. Key tags have to be punched at time of purchase only so don't forget to put the tag on your key chain and bring with you each time you shop at the store. 1st Tuesday of each month is "double punch" day a great way to complete your key tag as you will get double the dollar value punched out.
- Cancellation Policy for Classes
You must give us no less than 48 hour notice for cancellations to have your class fee credited towards another crop or class. Please understand we have to special order additional product for your class based upon number of attendees when we supply the products for a class. In the event you cannot attend you can pick up your class supplies anytime after the date of the schedules class. Please understand the teacher needs her prep time for class kits based upon the number of students that have pre-register for her class.
- Cancellation Policy for Crops
You must give us a 48 hour notice for cancellations to have your crop fee credited towards another crop.
- Cancellation Policy for Weekend Retreats: No Refunds. No exceptions, please! We have to commit to “xx” number of attendees, pre-order supplies and t-shirts etc. therefore we cannot refund as we would not ask our vendors to refund us. In the event you cannot attend you can transfer your ticket to someone else and we will help you find someone to purchase your ticket when possible. We ask if you would let us know whom you transferred your ticket in order for us the add their name to the registration list.
- Cancellations by SNS: We reserve the right to cancel classes or crops due to weather, illness or lack of minimum attendees. Please register early to prevent cancellation of a class due to low attendance. If we have to cancel a class you will be fully refunded.
- Military Discount: All active military get 10% DISCOUNT on regular priced purchases with proof of active valid military photo ID. (Some exclusion apply)
- Teacher Discount: All active Teachers, Coaches & ISD Staff get 10% DISCOUNT on regular priced purchases with proof of current valid photo ID/proof of occupation. (Some exclusion apply)
- Class Tool Kit: Unless otherwise noted bring the following items to each class. 12’ Paper Trimmer, Wet & Dry Adhesive (no glue sticks), Journal Pen and Precision Scissors. (Optional supplies great to have with you include; rub on tool, ruler, adhesive remover, crop-a-dile or big bite, Tim Holtz Stapler and brown/black ink pads with ink remover) Please no sharing of these items as it has been found to slow down classes not allowing the teachers and students enough time to finish in the time frame scheduled.
- Crop Room
Feel free to use our die cut machines (AccuCuts,Ellison,Sizzix,Cuttlebug) and many other tools while you crop. It’s a great way to try before you buy!
- Gift Certificates
Our gift certificates make the perfect present and they can be purchased in any denomination.
- No Solicit Policy: We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave, without refund, if it has come to our attention that someone is soliciting other customers/attendees during our classes, crops or retreats. We appreciate your understanding as we use to have many complaints in the past from customers asking for this policy. Please do not try to sell or promo for sale any products scrapbooking related, jewelry, home made, home décor etc.
- Return Policy
Our return policy is printed on each receipt, posted on the check out counter and around the store. Please no exceptions. No refunds! In store credit only on the following items: Sealed Packaged Unopened items: Stickers, Rub ons, Embellishments, Scrapbooks, Refill pages, Invitations/envelopes ONLY if unopened and in good re-saleable condition with original receipt within 14 days of original purchase and in some cases Management reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. Clearance sales are all final. No credit will be given on: Pens/Markers, Stamps, Paper, Laser Cuts, Punches, Scissors, Books/Magazines, Electronics & Software (unless factory seal is unbroken). Electronics warranties are by factory only we do not have extended warranty plans. With so much "trendy" products and the massive reordering we do almost daily we have to enforce this policy.
Please understand these policies are enforced, no exceptions. After over eight years in business we have been forced to have policies in place for our customers, employees. teachers, vendors, guest and managements well being.
